Days 13 and 14!

  1. Come up with ideas of how to turn negative thoughts into positive ones. If you find yourself thinking you should have done this or that differently, try changing your thoughts around. Instead give yourself credit for what you did do, remember that you are not perfect or that you can do better next time.
  2. Work on visualization. Picturing what you want to accomplish or the person you'd like to be can be a great motivator to getting you there and helping you feel more positive about the distance you have to go yet.

I don't know about you, but I see myself in a beautiful home with my kids and a bakery called Ink & Icing! Its never too late to set yourself new goals!!!

Love,
Asia

  1. I totally agree with 14. I myself have been working on this one for years. Several years ago, I found myself not liking ANYTHING about my reality: where I lived, my relationships, even my job soooo I practicated visualization on where I wanted to live, from the color of carpet, - the sofa...( even the smallest, silliest things) and that is exactly what I have now. Today, I am trying to do the same thing, because once again, I feel stuck. So, right now even as I type... Im taking a minute to close my eyes..breathe...and visualize my reality.
    Thank you Ms Asia.
