Be glad your life isn't boring. If nothing good or bad ever happened to you, likely you'd start to get pretty bored with your life. Take everything that is coming to you as a challenge and a way to keep yourself busy and interested in your life.
Well. My life is so not boring!! This IS a positive! I stay so busy between this career of mine, exercise, helping people and my kids! I'm still blessed to be active in the tattoo community tho I'm not tattooing, my modeling has picked back up and I've become the new face of a tattoo shop in Tampa as well as picking up a modeling page for www.Inkfreakz.com. I will be recruiting and managing the page. How exciting! I've even been dabbling back in my photography for the last month. (no wonder i go to bed at about 8 every night)
Write down in your attitude journal how you are NOT boring! You are a fun person and fun to be around!

Day 18 Surround yourself with positive thinking people!!
Associate yourself with those who think positively. Positivity is contagious, so find friends and family members who look on the bright side to surround yourself with.
Don't let those Negative Nancy's get to you... RUN THE OTHER WAY! If you ever see me drop out of sight for a day its usually because I'm trying to get away from one. Being alone with your own positive thoughts is sometimes a GOOD thing.
Reconnect with positive friends and go to good positive places. Dark gloomy places get me down! I need sun and light!!
Smile!

Day 17 Listing reasons you will get what you want!
List the reasons you will get what you want. If you are having trouble believing that you'll get that big promotion or that your book will get published try sitting down and coming up with a list of reasons that you will get what you want rather than focusing on the reasons you might not.
When you want to be successful with something you cannot just come up with an idea and let it die out. I've said it a hundred times and I'll say it again. In order to be successful you will not spontaneously combust, you must set yourself on fire. We all want to be a success no matter what we are doing we just need to clearly see what we are doing and keep that in mind. When that goes out of the window, so will the love and passion for what you intend.
Get out your attitude Journal and write down these reasons today!!
I am making a list of 5 reasons I will get what I want!!!
1. God has given me an opportunity. He knocked and I answered.
2. I LOVE TO COOK! This is what I choose to do with my life. To give people joy with my food.
3.People deserve more than fast food. I take pride in the ability I have to make healthy good foods fresh and from scratch.
4.Weddings and Birthdays will ALWAYS happen! I'm very lucky to be able to help provide you with amazing food to help your guests be happy and make your event memorable!
5. I DESERVE SUCCESS. I WORK HARD AND I DESERVE THIS!
If you can dream it, then you can achieve it. You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.

Day 16! Practice Self -Hypnosis!
Day 16: Practice self-hypnosis. Self-Hypnosis brings about a highly conscious state of mind that is willing to follow instructions. This means you'll be more open to positive suggestions that will allow you to be happier and hopefully healthier in your life.
Want to know how to do this? Check out this page with me. I'll be trying this today myself!
We deserve a clear mind and we know we are worth more than we tell ourselves! Yesterday I wanted to give up and just run away. I really had a very bad day. It was just mentally exhausting. I did not practice a positive either.
This morning I woke up, had a good clean healthy breakfast, I'm writing in my attitude journal and I'm kicking today in the ass! I DO NOT want to feel like I did yesterday and will not let it have that much control over me again! Again, being GOD sufficient instead of agnostic is sometimes tough. BEING AGNOSTIC DOES NOT WORK!!!!
One more topic...I have promised you 100 days of positive thinking...commoooooooooooon I'm Asia...I didn't promise them all in a row! I'm really going to try to do better with getting caught back up tho. Thank you for standing by me on this journey! Love you!!

Day 15!!
For day 15, yes I know I'm off, but I'm just going to jump back in where I left off. I'm really finding I don't have some days to even get on the computer which I actually find healthy sometimes. I am however finding on days I don't use my control journal I feel down or sad sometimes. Even if I cant post right away...please take the liberty of making yourself a subject for the day!!!
- Think of ways to turn visualization into action. The next natural step of this is to think of just how you're going to get to where you see yourself. Just picturing it isn't going to make it happen, so create a plan to take it one step at a time until you've made it.
Thinking of a way to get a dream to come real? I can so see myself in a bakery...I WANT to see myself in a bakery. I am simply pinching every penny I can until I'm able to get on my feet and do this. I will do an extreme amount of research and planning before I just into it. When I am able I sure don't want it to sink! The only thing is you HAVE to get out and do it! Did those shoes walk to your feet and lace themselves? I didn't think so.
I have always said, In order to succeed... You will not spontaneously combust, you must set yourself on fire! This is truly the case in most situations.
Get out your attitude journal and write down what steps you can take to get there you are going!!!

Days 13 and 14!
- Come up with ideas of how to turn negative thoughts into positive ones. If you find yourself thinking you should have done this or that differently, try changing your thoughts around. Instead give yourself credit for what you did do, remember that you are not perfect or that you can do better next time.
- Work on visualization. Picturing what you want to accomplish or the person you'd like to be can be a great motivator to getting you there and helping you feel more positive about the distance you have to go yet.
I don't know about you, but I see myself in a beautiful home with my kids and a bakery called Ink & Icing! Its never too late to set yourself new goals!!!

Days 11 and 12!!!!
We are going to bundle days 11 and 12 into one since I didn't get to the internet yesterday.
11. Remember things could be worse. No matter how bad things get remember that they could be worse and be grateful for all the good things that are in your life, even when it seems there's more bad than good.
As bad as I feel like I have it sometimes, I have to look at the fact I have it pretty good. I have a home. My dear friend Whitney just lost her home in a horrible fire last week. I HAVE a home. It makes me feel foolish to say oh my house is too small, or I don't like the decorating in here. Whitney lost her home. Whitney also however took a positive turn and says, oh I rescued my children, I am a great mom I can do anything! She is such a strong chicky. Good for you Whit!!! You are an inspiration to me.
- 12. Think of it as an opportunity. Sometimes even the seemingly negative things in our lives present us with opportunities we wouldn't have been strong enough to pursue otherwise. Maybe losing your job is just the chance you need to start your own business or go back to school.
Get out your Attitude Journal and get to writing!! Stay positive and have a good night!

Day 10 Learn from the past
Learn from the past.
Day 10: The past is behind you and no matter how badly things went there is nothing you can do to change them. Whenever you feel negative thoughts about the past come up, replace them with positive thoughts about the future.
We cannot change our past no matter what. 2 years ago was the beginning of a sad time for me. I lost my Papaw, My brother in law and my best friend Bonni all in 6 months. I also went through a horrible separation and lost my business during this time. I held on to so much of this pain for so long. It created baggage that I did not need... but to me, It was easier to stay in pain and suffer quietly. What in the world was I thinking! I have 2 darling God Sons, Kody and Ty Ty. I have so many memories from each one of these people. They BROUGHT something to my life that I needed. They were all strong people. Andy was kind, a good daddy, a good husband to my sister, funny, happy, held a good job. My papaw, well he was a man, and I mean a man...one that came from a time when a handshake was still worth something, he was so kind. I only heard him raise his voice once and he was telling a story and got loud because he was tickled! He was in his garden or fishing every day. He loved my family so much. And Bonni...Bonni was STRONG. Cancer may have gotten her body, but it did not get her spirit. She prayed with the faith of a child, she was not scared. She told me she was not scared from the first minute. She was my best friend for 17 years. I cant bring them back, but I can look at how they affected me. I cant change I lost the tattoo shop, or got a divorce. But I do know I have the tools in life to make sure none of that happened again.
Back to yesterdays positive...forgive yourself and LEARN FROM THE PAST. Need to forgive yourself again after today's positive? Go ahead...Forgiving is the first step to healing!
God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

FORGIVE YOURSELF!!! Day 9 of 100 Positive days!
Forgive yourself.
Day 9: Constantly beating yourself up about things that have gone wrong won't change them. Tell yourself that you're forgiven for your mistakes and allow yourself to move on.
Today write down in a journal a paragraph on how you can and will forgive yourself for the mistakes you have made in your life. Reflect, remember the lesson you learned and keep pushing forward!

Day 8...Give yourself some credit!
Give yourself credit.
Often when we feel frustrated or upset we only concentrate on the bad things or the mistakes we've made instead of giving ourselves credit for what we do right. Allow yourself to feel confident about the things you have accomplished, even if you've messed up in other areas.
We all know when we have even one teeeeeeeeeeeny negative thought...many more are allowed to rush into our brains and we are convinced of impending doom...DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM.
Do we sit around and think, OMG what if I get a raise...What if I get a new car or find $20.00 in a parking lot...NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Lighten up!! Keep those negative thoughts away. My girl Becky Platt loves to keep away bad thoughts. She followed me on my last 100 days of positive and has had tremendous results!!
Give yourself credit!! The next time something seems down, Think about what exactly you have accomplished in life! I have 3 AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL children, gone to college, been a successful tattoo artist and business owner for quite a few years, A very recognized tattooed model, spokes model for many sites, owner of my own tattoo convention and I'm now being recognized and getting many many compliments on my food and baking. (Thank you everyone by the way...THANK YOU for giving me a chance. I hope to make you proud!)
Give yourself credit today! Get out your attitude journal and make a list!
Giving credit where credit is due is a very rewarding habit to form. Its rewards are inestimable.

Day 7: Analyze what went wrong...
Analyze what went wrong.
Day 7: Thinking positively doesn't mean denying that there is anything wrong. Instead, give yourself some time to think about the things that led up to your current situation so you can avoid future mistakes and look toward a more positive tomorrow.
It is what it is.

Day 6...Believe you WILL succeed!
Believe you will succeed.
Day 6: There is nothing like believing in yourself to create a successful reality. Give yourself the benefit of the doubt and believe that you will succeed at fulfilling your goals.
When I became a tattoo artist I wanted nothing more for a profession. I loved every aspect of the industry and the people that came along with it. After about 15 years I found myself pretty well known, judging all the competitions, hosting Miss Ink pageants, being a tattooed model and owning my own tattoo convention. I even got to do a little work with Playboy (non nude I'm not like that).
Soon after, my world came crashing down. I became separated and lost everything in my life. I trusted in someone that was supposed to be helping me and well, he stole all of my tattoo shop equipment. I mean THOUSANDS of $$$ worth. He then GAVE it away. I have nothing to open a shop with or to work. I don't have the money to replace it with.
I decide to start cooking. God gave me an incredible gift for food and why not make a living out of it!? I get offered a job as a head chef at MOD Cafe on the Island...I had already moved here, back to The Ville. I owe so much right now to one of my best friends EVER and my sister Joanna Wilson. She literally handed this to me. So while coming to lunch one day Joanna brings me a recipe she had in a magazine for Margarita cupcakes. I deliver them up to the DMV and suddenly...I have orders! From cupcakes and cake pops to cakes, to catering. God is so good!!!!
Today give yourself the benefit of the doubt. If I can make this big change at 34 years old...Anybody is capable of ANYTHING!!!
When you feel like your in a hole and dirt is constantly being shoveled over you and your just going to be buried alive...shake it off and step up...shake it off and step up. Soon you'll be out!!

Day 5 of 100 Days of Positive!
Direct your thoughts.
Day 5: This technique, used by psychotherapists, control your thoughts when you start to feel down or anxious. Create a happy thought, a positive image, or give yourself positive feedback to keep bad feelings in check.
When you have certain people or places that make you feel like you are going to loose control of your positive thinking, we must do something to keep ourselves from drowning in a sea of panic. For instance you are stuck in a time when you have not yet reached your goals...continue to think about those goals and what it will be like when you finally DO get there. Imagine that house, car, boat, store...whatever it may be and picture your family IN it!
I think everyone has heard that when you get nervous in front of a crowd, imagine them all naked and in neon green socks (or whatever color). But the point is, that we have got to rely on ourselves to stay positive! Positive feedback is a good way to look at things...Sing “Anything you can do I can do betteeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr”! This is so!
I have a good friend that is always so positive about everything she does. She has had her ups and downs and turns them BOTH into a success. She is the queen of happy thoughts and positive images, and not to mention keeping bad feelings in check. She says So what! You had a moment. Its over go learn from it. This is the truth and all too many times we want to sugar coat it and have someone pat us on the back and say it will all be ok...get up, dry the tears and let's go! Life is not going to get up and just happen...It will however happen without you!
So my trick is...When someone or something makes me feel out of check I say ok is this person, place or thing bigger than God? NO! You are not so you have no control or POWER over me.
Today don't let people get to you. Remember they are human too. Bosses, Exes, kids, parents, students, teachers, the store clerk! Maybe they are having a bad day.
Claude M. Bristol ~

Day 4 Practice Positive Affirmation!!
Practice positive affirmation.
Day 4: One of the most popular positive thinking exercises is positive affirmation. This means you repeat a positive phrase to yourself on a regular basis like "I deserve to be happy" or "I am worthy of love". Believing that these things are true, and reminding yourself of it can help give you a more positive outlook on life.
Do we really stop and think about or self worth? Do we reassure the value of ourselves?
Today give yourself positive affirmation! Repeat this as many times as you can. Ok let's channel our inner Jack Handy! Because I'm good enough, smart enough, and gosh darnet people like me! Saturday Night Live may have made it a funny (which is a great way to look at it because we all could use a little humor in our lives) but I want you today to take it seriously. We need this direct language with ourselves! Usually the only time I talk to myself is because I'm loosing patience with something and it sound like eek! Oh maaaaaaaaaan, why cant I do this.
Today It will be positive affirmation telling myself I DESERVE A GOOD LIFE. I DESERVED TO BE LOVED. I AM WORTH OF THIS LIFE I WANT FOR MYSELF AND MY CHILDREN.
Write down in your positive attitude journal today your positive affirmations. TELL them to yourself. Have a GREAT day!

Day 3 of 100 days of Positive Thinking! Use words that Envoke Strength and Success!
Use words that evoke strength and success.
Day 3: Try filling your thoughts with words that make you feel strong, happy and in control of your life. Make a concentrated effort to focus on these words rather than those that make you feel like you are failing or incompetent.
So Day 1 I spent 6 hours making an engagement cake for a friend. While delivering the cake it slid and the side of it crashed. I was CRUSHED. I call this poor man who is trying to get all the police department ready and the hospital ready for an amazing romantic proposal to his girl and I call him with...the cake is dead DOOM DOOM DOOM. I continue to the hospital trying to maintain my composure. I have ruined the proposal! I hate cakes! Then I remember my rules of being positive. I dry my eyes, bring the cake in and repair it to the best of my ability. Turn the boo boo part to the back and leave. The whole way home I decide it wasn't so bad after all, luckily the cake was buttercream and could be repaired and its not about the cake, its about these 2 love birds.
I post the picture on facebook and get tremendous response! Eric Turner and Leslie Hodge love the cake and have asked me to do the wedding cakes! What an honor!!
So here is my positive motivation! I CAN do good cakes even when things go wrong, people are still understanding! I WILL bring an emergency cake kit with me next time! I have people who love me and because of this I WILL succeed!
Today I will make a list of 5 words that describe my ability to be successful and that I CAN do this and im control of my life! I am not a failure! There are only bumps in the road!
Love,
Asia

Day 2 Focus on the Positive!!
Push out all feelings that aren't positive.
Day 2:
Don't let negative thoughts and feelings overwhelm you when you're feeling down. Even if it's only for a few hours a day, push your negativity aside and only focus on the good things in your life.
My good friend Angie Simpson was having a terrible day, one day last year and I told her tell me one good thing about today...Just one.
She listed quite a few which included a refund check! How awesome is that! It wasn't a total wasted day and it ended up being a good day for her.
She listed quite a few which included a refund check! How awesome is that! It wasn't a total wasted day and it ended up being a good day for her.
When we are down and sad, we tend to kick ourselves and make the matter worse. We have sad thoughts like the world would be a better place if...we weren't here...The only thing that may happen is that someone that can make a change and a GOOD change in the world would be gone!
Let's get out our dusters and clean out these negative thoughts!
Today's challenge is to focus on the positive side of your day! Running late? Take is as a blessing! Being late may have prevented something bad by happening if you were 5 minutes ahead of yourself.
Kids driving you bonkers? Stop. Think about how blessed you are to HAVE them. Go play with them. Let them help you cook dinner. I don't care HOW busy you are.
Today I will not let the past have any effect on me. I CANNOT change the past, but I can learn from it and move forward. I have my wonderful future to look forward to! In order to get there I have to live for today and a bunch of positive today's will make a great tomorrow. Write down in your attitude journal on how you wont be a negative Nancy today! Write all the positive things that happened and reflect!

Day 1 Positive Words
1. Use positive words when talking.
Today is day one of out new journaling and attitude practice. With the holidays behind us and a brand new year beginning today I will make the most of it. I will keep positive words in my thought and while talking, all in my prayers, discussions with myself and to others.
Before I began my last 100 days of positive I had a LOT of Can't, won't and don't want to's in my vocabulary. I Learned a ton from my good friend Ursula about keeping positive. I enjoyed it so much I wanted to do another 100 days and in hopes some of my friends would want to join me.
Today we will use positive self talk...I am my best, I am a great cake decorator, I AM a good mom, I CAN get up and run every morning.
I'm excited to see how I can improve myself and venture into new things such as making cakes I never have thought I could but I'm going to try and try my best to do them! Money management...Opening my new bakery.
Today I will list 3 positives about myself....
I will conquer 1 fear with a joy, and I will be happy to share them with yall all later.
Today let your inner self critic take a nap, speak positive words and have a happy and blessed New Year!
